A bit about us..............
Shane and Kerry decided to offer this service after struggling to find decent Camper vans and buses in the UK. Both of us are long term VW enthusiasts having owned all sorts of air-cooled VW's over the last 20 + years. An import from a hot and dry country seemed like the answer but we didn't want left hand drive so that ruled out a USA import.
Shane is an Australian and is now based full time in Australia so it was a natural choice to start searching for campers 'down under', while Kerry deals with the vehicles once they get to the UK. We are happy to advise on availability of vehicles and shipping times and costs. Vehicles can be viewed in the Surrey area and we often attend some of the VW shows.
Australia was one of VW's biggest export markets after the USA during the 1960's and
1970's so there are plenty to choose from but many have had a very hard life as everyday workhorses. That’s why we only buy vehicles that have been fully inspected and tested in Australia before shipping them to England. It is certainly true that a few glossy pictures are no way to judge a vehicle so we only buy and supply to you vehicles we have personally driven and know to be great examples of VW's most sought after models.
Vehicles can be supplied fully UK registered and road legal - just throw your stuff in the back and head for the beach! Alternatively we can try and source a particular age or model if you have something specific in mind.
Owning a good condition, rust free right hand drive Camper could be easier and cheaper than you think.
